Marie Martin, MA, e-PRO, GRI, PNG
Marie was born, raised and educated in southern New England. A former English teacher, she holds a Masters Degree from Rhode Island College. She moved to Vero Beach and began her real estate career in the 80’s. A graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), she is also a Pretty Nice Gal (PNG)!
Marie is a Broker/Owner of Realty Connection (formerly RE/MAX Connection) and a past Director, REALTOR Association of Indian River County. She has chaired and served on numerous committees and task forces for the Association. She is an ethics instructor for the new members' orientation at the Association. Hobbies include pottery, travel, photography and growing orchids.

Are we having fun yet? For years now I’ve made this same request of my clients as I'm about to leave with their listing agreement, offer/counteroffer. I always tell them there is only one more thing they must do: They must say "Good luck, Marie!"
It always brings a smile! It also brings a bit of relief to what is often an emotional experience. As I shake their hands, they must say those words: “Good luck, Marie”. 99% of the time we end with a contract in place! If we do get involved in counteroffers, most say it again without even being coached!
To be honest though, listing real estate and giving professional service to my clients is much more than good luck. It’s the result of education tempered with experience and plain old common sense. Whether it’s a first home or a vacation get-away, the process of buying or selling a property is overwhelming for most folks. They look to their Realtor for assistance in taking care of the details. My job becomes rather simple because each client wants the same thing:
